Shipping & delivery
All products on 1MDeal are shipped directly by the deal supplier after a deal activates and the minimum participant threshold is reached. 1MDeal does not handle, warehouse, or ship any products.

Fulfillment & tracking
Shipping timelines vary by supplier and product. Once a deal activates, the supplier manages all fulfillment and shipping. Upon request, 1MDeal will provide you with the supplier's contact details for shipping inquiries, tracking requests, or delivery concerns. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to follow up directly with the supplier regarding shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery updates.

Limitation of liability
1MDeal is a group-deal facilitation platform and is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays, errors, or failures caused by the supplier or any courier
- Damaged, lost, or stolen packages during transit
- Product quality, accuracy, or condition upon arrival
- Customs fees, import duties, taxes, or border delays
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss from delayed or non-delivery

By claiming a deal on 1MDeal, you agree that 1MDeal's responsibility is strictly limited to facilitating the group deal and processing payments. All fulfillment, shipping, and delivery matters are solely between the buyer and the supplier. 1MDeal will not be held liable for any product damage, loss, or dissatisfaction occurring after the deal activates.
